When you submit the attorney consultation request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, state, and dispute type. This information may be shared with third-party attorney referral partners for the purpose of arranging your consultation.
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content to respond to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information

Letter generator data is never sent to our servers and is deleted when you close your browser tab.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

Attorney referral partners: When you submit a consultation request, your information may be shared with third-party attorney referral partners who can help route your inquiry.
We do not use any third-party advertising services or ad networks on this site.

Our site is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption). All data transmitted to our servers is encrypted in transit.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect stored data.
Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you send to us.
